The manufacturing processes of machine parts are rich and diverse. In the casting process, for example, sand casting can be used to produce parts with complex shapes and is commonly used for mechanical casings and the like. The forging process can improve the properties of metals. For instance, die forging can be used to manufacture components with relatively high precision such as crankshafts. In cutting processing, turning is used for rotary parts like shafts, and milling is used to process shapes such as planes. In special processing, electrical discharge machining is used to process parts with high hardness and complex shapes. The parts manufactured by these processes have a wide range of applications. Transmission parts such as shafts and gears ensure the transmission of power; bolts and nuts are used for connection and fastening; and box casings play a role in protection and support. The various parts manufactured by different processes work together to enable the normal operation of numerous mechanical devices and are applied in many fields such as industrial production and transportation.
