 Precautions for Use

 

1. Installation and Commissioning: During installation, professional tooling fixtures must be used to ensure that the mold core is accurately positioned in the mold base, and torque wrenches should be used to tighten the fixing bolts to the specified torque to prevent loosening. Before the initial mold closing, an appropriate amount of high-temperature lubricant should be applied, and the opening and closing actions should be tested 3 - 5 times to check for any interference or jamming.

 

2. Control of Operating Parameters: Based on the material and design specifications of the mold core, strictly limit the temperature, pressure, holding time, and other parameters during injection molding and die-casting. Do not operate under over-temperature or over-pressure conditions to avoid overloading and damaging the internal structure of the mold core. It is recommended to install real-time monitoring devices to accurately warn of abnormal working conditions.

 

3. Daily Maintenance: During the intervals between production batches, use professional mold cleaners to clean the residual materials in the mold cavity and then apply anti-rust agents. Regularly inspect the wear and corrosion conditions of the mold core's appearance, and repair and polish any minor damage in a timely manner. For long-term storage, it is necessary to seal the mold core in a dry and constant-temperature environment to prevent rusting due to moisture, which may affect the precision when it is put into use next time.
